US BeerSAVER Systems Inc. has developed the BeerSAVER hardware equipment, website and mobile applications. This SERVICE is provided by US BeerSAVER Systems Inc. at a cost agreed upon in the contract and is intended for use as is. The website, mobile applications, control boxes, flow meters and any other devices or components provided or installed, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to them, belong solely to US BeerSAVER Systems Inc.

US BeerSAVER Systems Inc. is committed to ensuring that our services are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for any services provided by us without clearly communicating this beforehand. This is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device, on which our applications, services or systems are installed. You should be aware that there are certain things for which US BeerSAVER Systems Inc. will not take responsibility. Certain functions of the Service require an active internet connection and power. These are provided by your mobile network or internet service provider (ISP), and US BeerSAVER Systems Inc. cannot take responsibility for our services not working at full functionality due to a lack of internet connection, power outages and/or insufficient data allowance.

If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using our services, please be aware that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the device and the Service.
